Ordering Zova Cards
Yes, we offer Physical and Digital Cards. The Digital Card can be added to your Google Pay or Apple Pay mobile wallets for online or in-store purchases.
All payments must be made by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT.)

To place an order, you’ll need to provide the following information:
Cardholder details:
- First name and surname (maximum 29 characters, including spaces)
- Card value
At least one of the following to enable the recipient to unlock their card:
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Unique code
Customer details:
Returning customers: Please provide your email address or Company Registration Number (CRN), along with your last invoice number.
New customers: We’re required to complete standard security checks for all business clients. This process, known as Know Your Business (KYB), which runs automatically in the background using the details you provide.
Occasionally, we may need additional information to complete these checks. If so, we’ll contact you directly and guide you through the next steps.
Click the ‘Order Now’ button in the menu, fill out the form and an email will be sent to you to do the bank transfer. Once funds are received cards will be processed. Click here to see the step by step guide.
Orders can be delivered via courier to one address or individually to home addresses via An Post.
Yes, physical cards can be shipped directly to recipients home addresses. Select this option when purchasing card for the individual/s.
Registering & Activating Card
You will need to download the Get My ecard app on the Play Store or Apple Store and login with the email address provided at registration to activate your card.
Using The Card
Once your Zova Card has been activated, it can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted, subject to the card type and merchant acceptance.
Physical Zova Card
Your physical Zova Card can be used in-store and online at participating merchants that accept Mastercard. Some merchants may have different payment processing methods, so acceptance can occasionally vary.
Digital Zova Card
Your digital Zova Card can be added to your digital wallet and used for secure contactless payments at merchants that accept contactless Mastercard payments.
Within the Get My eCard app, click on the card image, this will pull up the full details of the card.
If you no longer wish to use your Zova Card, you can request that your account be locked once your balance is €0. This will prevent any further transactions.
Please note that, due to legal and regulatory requirements, certain account information must be retained for a period of time before it can be permanently deleted. If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, we will assess your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
There is no monthly fee for the first 12 months after card load. After 12 months, a €3.00 monthly fee will be deducted from any unused card balance.

No. There is no PIN required to use the Zova Card other than the 3D Secure code for online purchases.
The way you access your balance and transaction history depends on the type of card you have:
Digital cardholders:
You can view your balance and transaction history using the Get My eCard app.
Physical cardholders:
You can access your balance and transaction history by creating or logging into your account at zova.getmybalance.com

To keep your Zova Card secure, we collect a small amount of information, including your name, email address, and employee ID. This allows you to activate and manage your card securely and helps protect it from unauthorised use.
Zova is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable data protection laws. We only collect the information needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we keep it only for as long as required.
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, Zova collects certain information about businesses and cardholders. We only collect what is required by law and retain this information for as long as necessary to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Before using your Zova Card, you’ll need to register it. This helps us verify your identity, protect your card from unauthorised use, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Zova Cards can be used wherever Mastercard is accepted because we operate within a regulated framework. To meet our legal obligations, we require basic cardholder information to verify each recipient. This also means your funds are safeguarded and protected throughout the lifetime of the programme.
Small Benefit Exemption
The Small Benefit Exemption (SBE) allows employers to reward employees with tax-free non-cash benefits. These rewards are exempt from Income Tax, PRSI, and USC but must be reported to Revenue through Enhanced Revenue Reporting (ERR).
Tax-free vouchers or benefits can be used only to purchase goods or services. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
Employers can give employees up to five tax-free benefits each year, with a combined maximum value of €1,500. Any unused allowance cannot be carried forward to the next year.
VAT & Invoicing
If your business is VAT-exempt in Ireland, please contact our Sales team and provide a copy of your VAT Exemption Certificate. Once verified, we’ll issue your invoice with 0% VAT.
Yes – Zova is VAT-registered. VAT will therefore be applied to all corporate service fees (including Admin, Card Fee, Load Fee).
